The plan

A festival the size
of a small village.

Poachella is capped at four hundred guests, by design. Two stages, both acoustic‑friendly, both screened from the channel so nothing carries to the elephants. A wellness lounge, a campfire kitchen, mokoro at dawn, walking and birding through the day, music from sundown to two in the morning. Saturday closes with a single beach‑fire DJ set and a quiet thirty‑minute decompression walk back through the camp.

Every ticket includes camping. Bring your own tent or upgrade to a glamping unit. Tickets are sold exclusively through Quicket. All proceeds, after running costs, go to the Connect Trust.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

Six common questions before you buy. Anything we miss here is answered by reply on the festival email, or on the Quicket event page.

Is camping included?

Yes. Every adult ticket includes a self‑pitch camp stand. Bring your own tent. Glamping upgrades are sold separately, on enquiry, while stock lasts.

Can I drive in?

Yes, 2WD is fine in the dry season; 4WD recommended October if rain has fallen. Parking is on the south boundary; staff direct on arrival.

What about wildlife?

The camping area is electric‑fenced for the festival. Walks to the channel run with a guide. Stay on the marked paths between tent and stages.

Refunds?

Quicket terms apply. Tickets are transferable up to 14 days before doors with a P 100 admin fee. No refunds inside 14 days, by industry standard.

Are children welcome?

Under 12s are free with a paying adult. 12 to 14 buy a discounted ticket. Walking and mokoro for children are at the lead guide's discretion.

Where does the money go?

All net proceeds, after operating cost, go to the Connect Trust. The full ledger is published in the annual conservancy report each March.
